WITH A WORD GOD CREATED
Psalm 33:7  "The Lord merely spoke, and the heavens were created.  He breathed the word, and all the stars were born.  He gave the sea its boundaries and locked the oceans in vast reservoirs."​

GOD OWNS EVERYTHING
Psalm 95:3-4  "For the Lord is a great God, the great King above all gods.  He owns the depths of the earth, and even the mightiest mountains are his.  The sea belongs to him, for he made it.  His hands formed the dry land, too."​

GOD DOES WHATEVER HE WANTS
Psalm 135:6-7  "The Lord does whatever pleases him throughout all heaven and earth, and on the seas and in their depths.  He causes the clouds to rise over the earth.  He sends the lightning with the rain and releases the wind from His storehouses."
 

IN WISDOM GOD CREATED
Psalm 104:19-20, 24  "You made the moon to mark the seasons and the sun that knows when to set.  You send the darkness, and it becomes night,… O Lord, what a variety of things you have made!  In wisdom you have made them all."

OUR CREATOR IS FULL OF LOVE, KINDNESS, MERCY, AND COMPASSION
Psalm 145:8-9 "The Lord is kind and merciful, slow to get angry, full of unfailing love.  The Lord is good to everyone.  He showers compassion on all his creation."
 

God loves each of us because He wants to—He created us just the way He wanted to.  Now, there is a saying, “What we are is a gift from God, what we make of ourselves is our gift to God.”  God picked your talents, your strengths, your time to live, your place to live;  He knit you together in your mother’s womb.

God also created each of us with a free will.  We can use the talents He has given us for His glory or for our glory.  We can choose to waste our God given talents.  The athletic ability to tie a calf in 7.0 is God given.  The roper however had to work hard to perfect this ability.  We need to fear our loving Creator, for it is out of love He gives, and out of love He may take away.

Here is a small part of the story of a king from the book of Daniel: “The Most High God gave sovereignty, majesty, glory, and honor to Nebuchadnezzar. God made him so great that people of all races and nations and languages trembled before him in fear...But when the king’s heart and mind were hardened with pride, he was brought down from his royal throne and stripped of his glory.  He became insane for seven years, until he learned that the Most High God rules the kingdoms of the world and appoints anyone he desires to rule over them.”  It wasn’t what Nebuchadnezzar had achieved that was important to God, it was the condition of his heart.  God in love took away everything the king prized, to get his heart right.  Throughout the Bible you can find, that what we do and what we achieve is nothing unless our hearts are in a right relationship with God.  Only when the things we do glorify God, will they matter for eternity.  Our work glorifies God when our hearts are right with Him.

God is our loving Creator.  Nothing can stop Him from loving us. God loves us unconditionally and wants to bless us. He wants to give us wonderful things;  things like abundant lives full of peace, joy, and hope;  things like freedom from guilt and condemnation from our past sins.  He gave us the Bible to show us the best way to live.  The life of Jesus Christ was an example to us of how to live.

In God’s infinite love and wisdom He also gave us the power to choose. God wants us to choose Him.
