"My son, may attention to my wisdom; 

listen carefully to my wise counsel. 

Then you will show discernment,

and your lips will express what you’ve learned.​​​"

This is truly a simple verse.  Discernment is great.  Discerning between wrong and right, good and best, that is what God wants each of us to have.  How do we show discernment in our lives?

Okay, here it is...

​

1.  Pay attention to the wisdom of the Bible. 

2.  Listen carefully to the wise counsel of the Bible.

Reading of the Bible is a great privilege and provides great rewards.  Here is just one of them.  The Bible is not like any other book, the Bible is God-breathed.  God inspired the men to write it.  It is without error.  We can trust the Bible.
