Here is another prayer for us:  Psalm 113:1 - 9
 

Praise the Lord! 
Yes, give praise, O servants of the Lord. 

Praise the name of the Lord!
Blessed be the name of the Lord now and forever. 
Everywhere--from east to west--praise the name of the Lord.
 

For the Lord is high above the nations, His glory is higher than the heavens.
Who can be compared with the Lord our God, who is enthroned on high?
 

He stoops to look down on heaven and on earth.
He lifts the poor from the dust and the needy from the garbage dump. 

(Thank you Lord, for lifting us from the dust and from the garbage dump.

Without You, we would be nothing. 

Without Your grace and mercy we would be lost.

But because of Your grace and love and faithfulness

we won’t have to  be in mental hospitals with no hope of getting well. 

​

But You are great and have stooped down and lifted us up--

how we praise You Lord for what you have done and are continuing to do in our lives)
 

He sets them among princes, even the princes of His own people!
He gives the childless woman a family, making her a happy mother.
 

Praise the Lord!  (Lord, I am so excited about what You are doing in [NAME]'s life.

Thank you that Your Word says that You will see the work You are doing in her life through to completion. 
I can hardly wait to see what else You have in store for her. 
You are a great God and want to do great things in us and for us. 
 

I pray that [NAME] would be willing to accept your gifts and blessings. 
I pray she will receive Your joy and Your peace and Your comfort. 
Oh Lord, show [NAME] how she is bringing You honor and glory.

In your mighty name we pray, Amen.
