DEAREST [NAME],
Hope all is well with you today.  You have no idea how blessed I am to be involved with your restoration by our Great God and King!  I can't even put it into words.  I know how inadequate I am in my own strength to change anything or to do anything. To see the transformation that Jesus is doing in you is such a blessing.  I am blown away.  The other day I was praying and thanking God for His Word and asking for forgiveness for doubting the power of the Word.  If only we could get more women to come to the foot of the cross and let Jesus pour out His love on them.  (This letter was originally written to my friend after months of praying together.  I hope that you too, have experienced the power of God in your life!  As Debra and I prayed this together, I want to pray it with you now.)

Psalm 118:1-9--A PRAYER OF THANKS
Heavenly Father, we so humbly come to You again,

thanking You for the power of Your word. 

Thanking You for what You are doing in our lives!
We will give thanks to You, O Lord, for YOU are good.
 

Your faithful love endures forever.
We fear YOU and we know your faithful love endures forever.
 

In our distress we prayed to the Lord, and the Lord answered us and set us free.
 

The Lord is for us, so we will have no fear.
What can mere people do to us?
 

Yes, the LORD is for us, HE will help us.
We will look in triumph at those who hate us.
 

It is better to take refuge in YOU, Lord than to trust in people.
It is better to take refuge in YOU, Lord than to trust in princes.
We thank you and praise YOU for YOU are MIGHTY and YOU LOVE US!
